Been dealing with this company several years but under my new rep everything has become difficult. Having to clarify and re clarify product type when it is in their system for many years. My orders are always the same we do not change specs so I am lost as to the ton of emails questions and days and days of back and forth to complete a simple re order already on the books for years. Severe delays in prep and shipping. Used to place an order and product was shipped in three to five days arriving within 3 days or so. Now two weeks just to complete the order and up to a month to get shipping number. Customs issues due to sloppy paper work. I have run out of tape twice due to the delays. Product is great no issues there. Factory is great no issues there. It is simply the agent. She needs more training and education on the product and processes .
